If a SafeW verification code does not arrive, the usual causes are SMS delay, email filtering, wrong number format, unstable network, or too many requests in a short period. Do not keep pressing resend; that can trigger a temporary limit.
SMS code checks
Check the country or region code, the phone number, and which SIM card is active. Temporary numbers, virtual numbers, and some company numbers can be unreliable for account verification.
Signal quality matters. If you are roaming, underground, or on a weak network, wait a few minutes or move to a better signal area before requesting another code.
Email code checks
Look in spam, promotions, and security folders. Some company mailboxes filter verification messages before they reach the inbox. When copying a code, make sure you do not include an extra space or line break.
Too many attempts
This message usually means the code was requested too often. Close the page, wait for the limit to clear, then try again on a stable network. While waiting, check system time and the SafeW app source.
Code arrives but does not work
Use the latest code only. If you requested codes from both phone and desktop, older codes may have been replaced. Keep one login window open and complete the process there.
If the code arrives but activation still fails, read SafeW Activation Failed. If you suspect a stale app package, check the current download source.
